How do I make a website wireframe?

Start with what the page has to do, list the blocks in priority order, then place them without any colour or typeface to argue about. Structured wireframes exist to settle the argument about order and hierarchy while it is still cheap to change. They are the first stage of Webflow Web Design on every project.

Is wireframing UX or UI?

UX, mostly. A wireframe answers what goes here and why it comes before that, which is structure rather than interface. Where it crosses into UI is component thinking, since a block that repeats needs to be a component from the start. That handoff is covered on UI/UX Design, and skipping it is the most expensive shortcut in a build.

What are the different fidelities?

Three, broadly: low fidelity boxes for sequencing, mid fidelity with real copy in place, and high fidelity that is effectively the design. Do wireframes add time to the project?
